Hello I'm Chloe and I created Celestial Crystals in 2020. We're an online crystal shop based in Tasmania, a small biz that has a big love for crystals. What started as a personal collection, turned into being able to share a love for beautiful crystals with like-minded souls.

What Happens If My Crystal Breaks In Transit?

We aim to ensure that no one receives broken or damaged crystals from us while in transit. However in the off chance you do receive a broken crystal in your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. You can email us at help@celestialcrystals.com.au

Are Your Crystals Natural?

We are extremely transparent when it comes to listing crystals on our website. We have a very minimal amount of man-made and heat treated products on our website. If a crystal is man-made or has undergone heat treatment it will be listed in the product description. We are moving away from man-made crystals to continue providing top quality and authentic crystals within our store.
